Toyota Prius
An old Prius, who is about twenty years old, can be purchased for five to six thousand US dollars. With this money you will not get anything special in terms of comfort or design, but even with 200,000 miles, the combined powerplant of a 1.5-liter gasoline engine and electric motor will still remain completely reliable and with a large residual life.
Particular attention should be paid to the condition of the batteries when selecting used hybrid cars. Always consult a specialist in electric vehicles and hybrids who are able to perform a complete diagnosis.

Honda Civic
It is widely represented on the secondary market of Ukraine. Almost all hybrid cars of this model are imported from the USA, where they were purchased at auctions after an accident or other insurances. Available hybrid versions of different generations cost the same as the old Prius (from $ 5000-6000). For 8000-10000 USD you can buy a large and comfortable Japanese sedan with a combined power unit (2,4-gasoline + electric). For this money the buyer will get a car with a significant, but not critical for this model mileage (more than 200 thousand km.). Hybrid technology consumes just 6.5 liters of fuel per 100 km.
